Terms and Conditions

The Client agrees to communicate in a timely manner with the Planner and to provide all necessary information to enable the Planner to perform the services.

PAYMENT METHOD

The Client understands that they are responsible to pay all Event Planner fees as agree upon, in addition to any other vendor fees in full. No booking will be schedule until the security deposit is paid. All the remaining fees will have to be paid in full 7 days prior of the event.

We accept Credit, Debit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, & Cash.

OVERTIME/OVERAGE CHARGES

The fees agree are based upon the Event details and Planner scope. Additional fees may be applied if the number of guests increases or if the event exceeds

the time frame described. 

The "start time" is the time the planner arrives at the event

and the "end time" is the time the final cleanup and breakdown of the event is complete.

The client is responsible for ensuring that adequate space is available for setting up equipment such as tables, chairs, and props. 

Our setup team will not rearrange any furniture or items before their arrival. 

If the space is not ready, we will not be liable for any delays or additional service time.

The client is required to submit a signed waiver form for every guest participating in the event.

The client is required to provide access to a bathroom for this service, as guests need to clean 

their faces. The client is aware that this event must be held indoors.

The Client agrees to contact the Planner in writing prior to making any changes to the event date,

time, scope, and number of guests. The Client understands that the Planner will make their best

efforts to accommodate such changes but may not be able to accommodate all changes.

COMPENSATION

The Parties agree that the total amount of will be paid by the Client to the Planner for

the payment of event services. A nonrefundable deposit of the amount of is required to

book the Planner's services. The Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of the amount of

 by weeks prior to the Event date as the contract indicate. If the Client does not complete payment prior to the Event Date, the Planner has the right to not complete services on the Event date. 

BY PLANNER

The Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. Planner shall refund all payments previously

paid by the client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Planner and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged

during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to personal information, financial

information, event details, and vendor contracts. The Parties shall not disclose such information to any third party without the other Party’s prior written consent.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement if such

failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to,

acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disaster.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

The Client agrees to hold the Planner harmless from and against any and all claims, damages,

liabilities, costs or expenses in connection with the Event or the services provided by the planner

under this Agreement, except to the extent that such claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or

expenses are caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Event Planner.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL FEES

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises from this Agreement, and it cannot be resolved between the Parties, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation and results in legal action, the successful party with be entitled to its legal fees.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Event location - Las Vegas, NV

SEVERABILITY

In the event any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or part, that

party shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and all other provisions will remain in full force

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Event

location- Las Vegas, NV.

This Agreement contains the entire contract between the parties and supersedes any prior

agreements, written or otherwise, between the Parties. Any modification to this contract must be

agreed upon in writing by both parties. This Agreement will commence from the Effective date

and will continue until the scope of work noted is completed.
